Orders and payments
When you place an order, we process the information required to validate, fulfill, and support that order. Payment details are handled by our payment provider where applicable; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We may retain order history, receipts, and limited payment metadata (such as transaction references) as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and customer support.
Authentication (Google login)
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares certain profile information with us according to Google's policies and the permissions you approve. We use this to create or link your PR1ME account and secure your session. We do not receive your Google password. You can review Google's privacy practices in their own policy documentation.
Shipping and delivery
To deliver your orders, we process shipping names, addresses, phone numbers (if provided), and carrier-related updates. Carriers or logistics partners may receive the minimum data required to ship and track your package. We retain delivery-related records as needed for proof of delivery, claims, and support.
Refunds and returns
If you request a return or refund, we process the information necessary to verify your purchase, inspect eligibility under our return policy, and complete any approved refund or exchange. This may include order identifiers, product details, and correspondence about your request.

- Supabase — authentication, database, and related infrastructure for accounts and application data.
- Vercel — hosting and deployment of our website and edge capabilities.
- Kashier — payment processing and related payment flows where offered at checkout.
- Google — optional Google sign-in for authentication (OAuth).
- Resend — transactional and operational email delivery where we use that service.
